1. Who we are
Saamnoun ត្រូវបានដំណើរការដោយ Daniel Grau ជាគម្រោងផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនពីភ្នំពេញ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ យើងផ្តល់សេវាកម្មឧបករណ៍តាមដាននៅលើ Telegram សម្រាប់អាជីវកម្មខ្នាតតូចនៅកម្ពុជា។
Saamnoun is operated by Daniel Grau as a personal project from Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We provide a Telegram-based business tracking tool for small businesses in Cambodia. For any privacy question, contact hello@saamnoun.com.
2. What we collect
នៅពេលអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ Saamnoun យើងប្រមូល៖
- លេខសម្គាល់អ្នកប្រើ Telegram និងឈ្មោះអ្នកប្រើ (ប្រសិនបើបានកំណត់)
- ឈ្មោះហាងដែលអ្នកផ្តល់
- ការទូទាត់ដែលអ្នកកត់ត្រា (ចំនួន រូបិយប័ណ្ណ កាលបរិច្ឆេទ)
- លេខកូដបញ្ជូន (ប្រសិនបើអ្នកត្រូវបានអញ្ជើញ ឬអញ្ជើញអ្នកដទៃ)
- ស្ថានភាពការជាវ Plus
When you use Saamnoun, we collect:
- Your Telegram user ID and username (if set)
- The shop name you provide
- Payments you log (amount, currency, timestamp)
- Referral codes (if you were invited or invite others)
- Plus subscription status
3. What we do NOT collect
យើងមិនប្រមូល៖
- លេខទូរស័ព្ទ ឬអាសយដ្ឋានអ៊ីមែលរបស់អ្នក
- ទីតាំង ឬទិន្នន័យ GPS
- ទំនាក់ទំនង ឬសារ
- ឯកសារ KYC ឬព័ត៌មានអត្តសញ្ញាណ
- ព័ត៌មានគណនីធនាគារ ឬកាតឥណទាន
- ការចូលប្រើគណនី Bakong របស់អ្នក — យើងគ្រាន់តែឃើញលេខកូដបញ្ជូនពិសេសក្នុងសារ KHQR សម្រាប់ផ្គូផ្គងការទូទាត់ Plus ប៉ុណ្ណោះ
We do NOT collect:
- Your phone number or email address
- Location or GPS data
- Contacts or messages
- KYC documents or identity information
- Bank account or credit card details
- Access to your Bakong account — we only see the unique reference code in your KHQR memo when matching a Plus subscription payment
4. Where your data is stored
ទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នកត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកនៅលើ Supabase ក្នុងតំបន់ ap-southeast-1 (សិង្ហបុរី) ដោយប្រើ Row-Level Security ដើម្បីការពារទិន្នន័យហាងផ្សេងគ្នាមិនឱ្យឃើញគ្នាបាន។
Your data is stored on Supabase in the ap-southeast-1 region (Singapore), with Row-Level Security enabled so no shop can see another shop's data.
5. How we use your data
យើងប្រើទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នកសម្រាប់៖
- បង្ហាញការសង្ខេបប្រចាំថ្ងៃ និងប្រចាំសប្តាហ៍របស់អ្នក
- ផ្តល់ការគណនាដែលអ្នកស្នើសុំ
- ដំណើរការការជាវ Plus របស់អ្នក
- តាមដានការបញ្ជូនដែលអ្នកធ្វើ ឬទទួលបាន
We use your data only to:
- Show you your daily and weekly summaries
- Provide the calculations you request
- Process your Plus subscription
- Track referrals you make or receive
6. What we do NOT do with your data
យើងមិន៖
- លក់ ឬជួលទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នកដល់ភាគីទីបី
- ចែករំលែកទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នកជាមួយដៃគូផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម
- ប្រើទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នកសម្រាប់ការតាមដានពាណិជ្ជកម្ម
- ផ្ទេរទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នកទៅអ្នកប្រមូលផ្តុំ ឬអ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវក្រៅប្រទេស
- បង្ហាញទិន្នន័យរបស់ហាងអ្នកដល់ហាងផ្សេងទៀតនៅលើ Saamnoun
ទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នកស្ថិតនៅជាមួយអ្នក។
We do NOT:
- Sell or rent your data to third parties
- Share your data with advertising partners
- Use your data for behavioral tracking
- Transfer your data to foreign aggregators or researchers
- Expose your shop data to any other shop on Saamnoun
Your data stays with you.
7. How long we keep your data
ទិន្នន័យការទូទាត់ត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកនៅពេលគណនីរបស់អ្នកសកម្ម។ នៅពេលអ្នកប្រើ /stop ឬស្នើសុំការលុបគណនី យើងលុបទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នកក្នុងរយៈពេល 30 ថ្ងៃ។
Payment data is kept while your account is active. When you use /stop or request account deletion, we delete your data within 30 days.
8. Your rights
អ្នកអាច៖
- ស្នើសុំការនាំចេញទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នកនៅពេលណាក៏បាន
- ស្នើសុំការលុបទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នកនៅពេលណាក៏បាន
- បិទការផ្ញើព័ត៌មានប្រចាំថ្ងៃតាមរយៈ /settings
- ឈប់ប្រើ Saamnoun ដោយប្រើ /stop
ដើម្បីធ្វើការស្នើសុំណាមួយ សូមផ្ញើអ៊ីមែល hello@saamnoun.com។
You can:
- Request an export of your data at any time
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Opt out of daily summary messages via /settings
- Stop using Saamnoun via /stop
To make any request, email hello@saamnoun.com.
9. Children
Saamnoun ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងសម្រាប់ម្ចាស់អាជីវកម្ម។ យើងមិនមានបំណងសម្រាប់ការប្រើប្រាស់ដោយអ្នកប្រើដែលមានអាយុក្រោម 18 ឆ្នាំទេ។
Saamnoun is built for business owners. It is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years old.
10. Changes to this policy
ប្រសិនបើយើងផ្លាស់ប្តូរគោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពនេះតាមរបៀបសំខាន់ យើងនឹងជូនដំណឹងដល់អ្នកតាមរយៈ Telegram bot មុនពេលការផ្លាស់ប្តូរមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
If we change this policy in any material way, we will notify you through the Telegram bot before the change takes effect.
11. Governing law
គោលការណ៍នេះត្រូវបានគ្រប់គ្រងដោយច្បាប់នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ វិវាទណាមួយនឹងត្រូវដោះស្រាយនៅក្នុងតុលាការកម្ពុជា។
This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes will be resolved in Cambodian courts.
